This is a 4 year old Rosy Boa that had a dystocia for a few months. On X-Ray we saw a few retained babies and decided to perform a C-section. She was successfully anesthetized, intubated, placed on a ventilator and spayed, and recovered. Unfortunately died of complications three days later.
